1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sttattus Ecosystem—which includes Forge, Lexicon, Nomad, Atlas, Empire, Onyx, Vault, Apex, Oracle, Dominion, Legacy, Zenith, and our unified Dashboards (collectively, the "Services")—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. The Sttattus Identity

Sttattus operates on a strict "One Identity" principle. You are permitted to create and maintain only one unified account. Creating duplicate accounts, using automated scripts to simulate activity, or artificially inflating metrics within any ecosystem application (e.g., faking workouts in Forge, GPS spoofing in Nomad) constitutes a fundamental breach of this agreement.

We reserve the right to deploy sophisticated auditing tools (including the Oracle concierge) to verify the authenticity of your physical and digital achievements.

3. User Representations & Conduct

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

All registration and verification information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means without our express API authorization.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Tiers

Certain features, applications, or physical accesses (such as Dominion Lounges or Onyx tiers) may require payment of fees, subscriptions, or the attainment of verifiable real-world status markers. Sttattus reserves the right to change prices, alter tier requirements, or revoke access if verification metrics fall below acceptable thresholds. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless legally mandated by your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and our overarching ecosystem—including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks")—are owned or controlled by us. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, or exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

6. Ecosystem Banishment & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently banish any user from the entire Sttattus ecosystem at our sole discretion, without warning, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or disrupts the integrity of the Empire scoring algorithms. Upon banishment, your status is voided, and all access is irreversibly revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sttattus, nor our directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or loss of real-world status arising from your use of the Services.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
